I also experienced this disorder, I was quite surprised when I tried to access the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp applications on my smartphone and what happened was that there was no response and the message was not sent. At first I thought that my Smartphone had a problem so I tried restarting several times but there was no result, and even I tried restarting my wireless router and the results were the same.

Then I thought my internet was having a problem and then I tried to access YouTube and several other popular sites and it turned out I could. Hmmmmm, I’m guessing from here that the service server for the Facebook application family has a problem. And it turned out to be true, I found some news about reports both from Twitter, online news, and also forums that stated that Facebook’s family servers were interrupted. This is also reinforced by the official statement from Instagram on Twitter, which states “We are aware of the problems that have impacted on Instagram access at this time. We know this makes it disappointing, and our team is working hard to fix this as soon as possible,”.
Facebook Down Starts From America
Indeed, Instagram is the first one to experience interference and, worst of all, because before WhatsApp and Facebook, I can’t access Instagram at first place. This problem is reported to have originated in America, which then spread to Europe, Asia and various other parts of the world.
So far there has been no official statement from Facebook itself, only statements from the Instagram team on Twitter. Facebook has also not been able to identify whether this problem is caused by DDoS attacks, hacker attacks, crackers, or due to other disturbances.
